We are a local American elderberry company that grows, makes, and sources American Elderberry for our hand-made recipes. The elderberry is known for its powerhouse of plant properties that help reduce inflammation, reduce time being sick, and strengthen the immune system. Food is Medicine and we farm and use local growers in the MIDWEST. We never use dried or European sourced elderberry. 95% of elderberry syrup on the market is over pasteurized and dried powder from Europe. We support local and regenerative farm practices and our local food network chain. Buying local helps strengthen our ability to support ourselves in times of crisis and supply chain disruption.
